I talked to Tim he was very helpful extremely professional and patient. I asked a lot of questions to the point I got irritated with how many but not once did he show a sense of inconvenience or irritation. Very transparent with the work that would be done. And unusually understanding of my expectations. Not pushy at all. Reasonable prices. Steve was helpful as well. Not sure what tech worked on my car but my ac is finally working after a year. Highly recommended great service! My bad for this generic looking review 🤣🤣

Love this place! Very honest and reliable shop with very friendly service. Elliot kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. I was provided with a full online service report that was kept updated while my car was in the shop, and a very detailed invoice afterwards explaining everything that was done. I took my car in to get my codes read originally and Elliot and his team evaluated my whole car to ensure that everything was in working order, and fixed the things that weren’t. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on. Thank you Elliot + Car Fix team!

I dropped my car off for a 2nd opinion on some recommended repairs. They confirmed recommended repairs and went beyond that finding a couple of additional items that were important and had not been found previously. Elliot and the mechanic were very thorough and explained my options and rated the importance of the repairs. I ended not going through with the repairs due to cost of repairs and value/age of car. Best car shop!!! So delighted to have found Car Fix; I just happened to be driving by the VERY convenient location at the corner of Hillsborough and Henderson streets near NCSU, trying to figure out where to take my car. CAR FIX— the sign called me! Turned out to be a great stop because the super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy guys there were able to fix everything that was wrong with my car in record time for much, much less than I had anticipated. Kyle and his team were super nice and extremely helpful. Kyle was very transparent about prices and focused on what was best for my car rather than trying to see me something. The service here was spectacular and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that know that has a car issue.
