My fiance and I went to car hop after a day of car trouble to evaluate our options. Vicky met with us and was transparent, understanding, and very receptive to our needs. She was able to make it work with our less than desirable credit and limited budget. She got us into a rather decent, reliable vehicle the same day! I could not recommend CarHop enough!

The staff is super friendly and helpful here, and they maintain a clean store, and have quality vehicles. Definitely worth a few extra minutes driving if you're in the market for a new car, and with great deals available if you take some time to sort out those details. I will definitely be returning here for my next vehicle purchase :)

so I took my daughter in to get her first car on her own they helped her out and got her driving. I also got a car the same day and we both were excited and happy. after a week that is when crap hit the fan! on my daughters car her key fob doesn't work and the won't fix it or replace it knowing it was like that when she purchased the vehicle. granted it's minor but the the passenger window doesn't roll down and the radio doesn't work. I went to get a quote for the radi to be replaced it's $1,700 just because it's a ford and has controlls on the steering wheel. now to my car! I got the Chrysler 300c a week after I got it I noticed the smell of oil coming through the vents and outside when the vehicle was off! If your in a pinch and need a car fast go for it, but they will eventually start stealing your money and then saying they never received it or calling and harassing you while your in the hospital fighting for your life on a daily basis. They started off good I’d like to add also within a month of having the car I had to make major repairs to it. Just be cautious they are auction cars
