We had a really good experience at Carl Hogan cdjr. Probably our best experience at a car dealership. I shopped online, I found a price, I called and I that is when I met, an excellent salesman Randy. The best salesman I've had. He explained all the discounts and rebates, he was fully transparent about everything. After we agreed on a price we drove 2 and 1/2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Everything went well in the finance office, Joel did not pressure us. Even while sitting in the waiting room our interaction with Chip was really nice. After the purchase Randy went over all the features in the vehicle, we really appreciated that. We would definitely shop at Carl Hogan again.

We really enjoyed working with Ray Atkinson on the purchase of our new GMC SIERRA pickup truck! He wasn’t pushy & allowed us to work at our own pace & explained all the features!! Such a great experience!

Mandy didn’t pressure me but convinced me why I need a new vehicle and it made total sense. She made sure I was taken care of and she made sure I didn’t get screwed over. You guys would have a lot more customers if there were a lot more Mandy‘s working at your dealerships. She’s the perfect example of a salesman that is also human and is very enjoyable to be around.
