Took my wife's car in and it was a great experience from beginning to end. The price was great, parts were great Brand(i checked them)and I didn't have to go back to the shop after the repair for adjustments or other issues. She was happy I usually go instead of my wife but I feel comfortable that she would have been given the same level of service. A-1 would recommend

Worked with me on the price for a big problem I thought Midas(don’t go to Midas) had fixed. Diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes. Had it fixed up in a day and a half. Problem: valve cover and clogged oil separator.

Had my car brought in by my dad while I was at college to replace all the engine cylinder ignition coils. Only five months later, the same issue has popped up in my car again. 3 cylinder misfires only five months after spending $1,000+ to have this problem fixed. Safe to say I will be going to a new auto shop to have this problem looked at, because clearly Carlo’s did not do a proper job of repairing my car properly.

Best shop I've ever been to. Didn't try to upsell me. Talked to me like a normal person. Went in for an oil change but my drain bolt was seized. They fixed the problem and gave me a much needed and appreciated discount. Would highly recommend. Nicest mechanics I've ever come across.

This is the type of mechanic you need — a team of people who are honest and know what they’re doing. Fair prices and they don’t try to get you to fix things that don’t need fixing. Tom also helped me get much better gas mileage in my Mustang by pointing out uneven tire wear which led me to getting new tires and a realignment. A small price to pay for long-term benefits!
