I recently had repair work done at Carl's Collision Center in Fall River, MA, and I can’t overstate how pleasant they made the entire experience. Being without your car is always stressful, but the team at Carl’s—especially Brian V.—was understanding, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The quality of their work was exceptional—the repair made my car look brand new! On top of that, they went above and beyond by offering a discount to help with my high deductible and even arranged a loaner car since I didn’t have rental coverage. It’s rare to find this level of service, honesty, and craftsmanship all in one place. And as a bonus, they’re TESLA Certified, which says a lot about their standards and expertise. I sincerely hope I don’t need collision repairs

Brought my camaro to get fixed @ Carls on bay st. in Fall River after I had heard great things about them, & it was the best choice, they did an awesome job & my car was shining even the interior was so clean. Gave my claim # to Brian Viveiros & he took care of everything, & replied back quickly when I had questions, would definitely recommend!!

The work done by the team here at Carl's Collision is nothing short of incredible. Of note, Mr. Cabral, in particular, demonstrated shining examples of remarkable customer service, professionalism, and commitment to quality and attention to detail. Corey was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire repair process on my 2024 BRZ and went out of his way to ensure I left Carl's Collision happy. If you ever need work done on your car, I can not recommend the team over at Carl's Collision in Fall River enough. I genuinely cannot even tell the car was ever damaged. Thank you, Carl's Collision! My daughters car was hit and a friend of mind told me to take it to Carl's. What a mistake that was. I read the reviews and now I don't believe any of them. The trick with good bodywork Is to make it look like it never happened.Detail is Not their Specialty. The bolts that came out of her car where black but they spray painted them white the color of the car. It sticks right out.Everything about the way they did it is just in my option M&M Mickey Mouse.. Go elsewhere and forget all the nonsense that we are certified by Mercedes Volvo and Nissan..To me it all means nonsense..Bottom line I will never take another car there.You got me once..Never again
