After having issues with my truck, it was time to trade in. I went to the dealership in Carlsbad and talked with Braden and Ana. Both were very helpful, and made sure that not only were all of my questions answered, but also went out of their way to get me the best deal they could and get me into a new truck. I have had plenty of sales personnel try to take advantage of situations, but these two were genuine and professional.

We went in to look at vehicles and no sales person walked out finally Francis went up and asked us if we needed any help or test driving vehicle. We test drove a Chevy Colorado we have always wanted a Colorado we did not think that we could be approved for it Frances went above and beyond to help us get it. She was very helpful after signing all of the paper work she help us program the Colorado to my phone. After a few days Frances called to ask how were we enjoying our new truck she really cares for her customers she even said if there was anything we needed just give her a call. She is an awesome sales lady I will definitely will go back and buy another vehicle from Carlsbad Chevrolet and I will definitely would recommend anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to go to Carlsba
