Brought my truck to these guys for engine rebuilt my trucks been back.to them 5 timed to correct stuff they cant get first time also.my motor blew at less then 2000 miles so let's see how they respond to this since ive been back over 6 times just for a returned that I have pay for again. Plus my rear end and oil.cooler is.leakimg isn't normal for a rebuilt

I had my truck towed to Carlson Chevrolet on December 31, 2025. I was told the engine replacement would be done by the third week of January. I didn’t get it back until March 17. During that time, there was no loaner—only an offer to rent at my own expense—and updates were always “it’s in queue” or “next week.” No accountability, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. To make matters worse, I checked the oil before leaving the lot and it was low. After nearly three months for an engine replacement, that’s unacceptable. I wanted to add, I requested the "broken engine" back. I was told I'd have to pay an additional $3000.00. Did they do this so I wouldn't want it back? Maybe I really didn't need an engine replacement? It makes me wonder. Nothing was ever mentioned about the cor
