Oh my gosh, after major rear quarter panel damage, bumper and decals included, you would never know this truck is not brand new!!! repeat customers because of the amazing service several years ago on a different damaged vehicle… not only the whole team, but the attention to detail provided by owner, Kevin is amazing!!!, above and beyond.!!!! I was embarrassed to drop my vehicle off, filled with labrador retriever hair. Never expecting to pick it up with a full detail inside as well as a polished outside!!! Just got my truck back, and it looks brand new again after a run in with a deer. Carmasters was easy to work with and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time using them, and I've been beyond pleased with both experiences. Highly recommend, will not ever have collision work done elsewhere.

Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.

I had a deer accident over a year ago. I have returned 3 different times because it hasn't been fixed correctly. There is still damage to the car, they even admitted it but insinuated it was my fault. Very frustrating that they can't fix properly. My insurance company paid them many thousands of dollars. Wouldn't recommend them for quality of service.
