I brought my car here! I came to check it out and to see if I would be qualified for financing and was approved! They have good car selection and financing options.

I had a great experience with Justin Pitner - super knowledgeable about all things cars and SUVs! No high pressure sales tactics, just wants to get you into the right vehicle for you. I would definitely go in and ask for Justin if I were looking for a vehicle. He won't steer you wrong!

This location is really bad. The wait times are really long even if you made an appointment. (30+ minutes after the appointment time and checking in). All the associates are busy. The speakers in the ceiling are broken or something and playing terrible distorted music. There are a whole bunch of people just sitting in the waiting area waiting to be helped. We spent about an hour total waiting just to look at two cars. The Kearney Mesa location is soooo much better, completely different experience. Would not come back here and definitely wouldn't buy a car here.

I couldn't be more pleased. A place that claims they "beat carmax" wouldn't give me an offer on my vehicle after I was honestly disclosed that it needed a catalytic converter. I went to Carmax and had no issues. I disclosed the catalytic converter along with the fact that it is running hot in heavy traffic. I felt rewarded for my honesty with the offer I got. It was double what I expected. The Carmax rep Amber was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. I really felt like I was being fully transparent and they gave me a truly good faith offer. I felt like honesty pays off. When the time comes again to sell a car, I will definitely go back there and look for Amber.

In my first visit, I found myself having to call Toyota and do all the follow-up myself, which was quite surprising because I thought that was something they were supposed to handle for me. But on my second visit, Tatum did everything on her own without asking me to do a thing, and that’s exactly how it should be. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free, and I truly appreciate that.
