CarMax

I had quite possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had here. I jist bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from this Carmax. I tend to fear car shopping as I have a "bad" credit score and car dealerships have treated me like a subhuman, but I experienced NONE of that here. I was treated kindly, with respect. The car is beautiful and they took time to make it extra nice for me to pick up, plus they have the fun giant ribbon thing going if you want. Also, ask for Bradley if you can, but everyone I interacted with here was friendly and respectful.

Purchased a high dollar truck recently and shipped cross-border with their transit service. Original website posting showed 2 paint scuffs, one on the door and another on the bumper. Truck arrived at CarMax location after transit and had paint damage on the quarter panel, front and rear bumper that was NOT disclosed on the website listing. The paint damage and dents happened during transit, and they said that it happens and that customers usually don't mind any extra damage during transit. They also denied it was paint damage and said that just a clear decal needed to be replaced, when it was obvious that you could see metal. Highly recommend this car dealer! The staff were professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect car without any pressure and explained financing clearly. The whole process was smooth, and my new car exceeded expectations. A truly positive buying experience!

Both my wife and I sold our cars, with my wife doing a trade-in as well. From start to finish, it was such a wonderful experience. We purchased our cars years back at another CarMax location and had a smooth process. But CarMax Golden was a whole other level of hospitality, service, and expertise! We felt a personal connection to each team member who helped, and we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout. A huge shout-out to Savannah, Molly, Michael, and Blair! I have enjoyed being a CarMax customer, but I cannot recommend the CarMax Golden location above all!

CarMax in Golden was awesome. As soon as we walked in salespeople came to us and Leigh was assigned to us. She walked the lot w us and helped us pick out the right vehicle for us.
