definitly hassle free pricing. The "checkout process" is VERY lengthy. They have many checking and triple checking I guess. i was a tad disappointed in the vehicle not being as clean as I thought It would be. It was super easy to researve and test drive

I had to get the emissions done on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and went to four different places before finally going to CarMax. Everywhere else either couldn’t do it or didn’t have the mechanic available, which was frustrating. CarMax made the whole process easy—they had the right mechanic there and got it done without any hassle. The staff was professional, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. It was a huge relief after getting the runaround everywhere else. Definitely appreciate their efficiency and would recommend them if you need reliable service.

Out of all of the vehicles I have purchased over the years, dealing with Carmax - specially Lex - was the smoothest transaction of them all. I could have done the whole thing during my lunch break! And it’s a darn good looking vehicle too! Lex, if you see this - I told you I would be tricking it out! Haha. Thanks, man!

The entire process was easy from start to finish, the saleswoman I worked with (Roksolana from the Hartford location) was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, a family member had passed away while the vehicle was being delivered to that location and Roksolana understood that it would be an extra couple of days to complete the process since I was the only person making the arrangements for the funeral and burial for my family member; I'm very grateful for that. I would recommend CarMax!
