Where do I begin! Andre is truly an exceptional person! He was able to help me with my vehicle, and the problem that arose with it. Stayed in constant communication & and just showed genuine respect & kindness! They will forever have a customer in their business! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Huge thanks to Andrey and Jason for all their help. They were professional, and super easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. What really stood out to me was that they always gave honest advice and truly looked out for my best interest, instead of just trying to push repairs or make a quick sale. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly and explained things clearly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. It’s not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but this is definitely one of them. After being in my first ever accident, I took my car to Carolina Collision Center. I worked with Andrey who is knowledgeable, was great at communicating with me and helped during the whole post accident process. The shop was very quick on their part and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I brought my Mustang in last March to get the front bumper repaired. Andrey was super professional, always kept communication open with me throughout the repair process, and had my car looking brand new, all while working hard to keep the cost within my budget. He had trouble finding a specific part that was needed, contacting people from all over the country just to find the right part. He made it work and the car looks great!

My car was not repaired by them due to it being declared a total loss, however they still charged my insurance 8,000 dollars for essentially just taking the bumper off and then storing it. This amount was significant enough that my insurance took 2,000 out of the money we were set to get for the car. My adjuster said they wouldn’t negotiate with them and it took forever for them to come to an agreement.
