THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If we could give negative stars we would. They lied, obfuscated, lied, did not provide all of the parts from our car, lied more, didn’t do half of the work they were paid for, and what they did do was sloppy and shoddy. The paint job on our hood is cloudy and scratched - and not in the places it was to have been repaired. They also cussed us out on the phone, told my husband he was going to have to fight the guy to get our car back, told us the car was ready to be picked up except for the windshield, and returned it to us in extremely poor condition with nothing done. They even charged for a clean up of broken glass but when we turned on the AC, a bunch of glass blew out of the vents. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

If I could 0 stars I would. Absolute worst place ever. They are liars and thieves. They had my vehicle twice for a little over a months each time and when I did get it back it still wasn't fixed. They said they would fix it and never did. There was also minor damages caused by them. It was also left in a parking lot for me to pick up. So not only was my vehicle not completed, I had more damage. There were also things stolen out of the vehicle both times it was at their site. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE CAROLINA COLLISION!!!!! YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE UNHAPPY!!!

I have know the owner Ira for most of my life and I can say he is one of the most honest persons I know. He is a family man and works hard everyday. Nothing was ever given to him, he does high quality work. He will go out of his way to help those ones in need. If your looking for a cheap repair you get what you pay for, that's anywhere you go. They will even tell you that at a Maaco body shop. If you what the $2000.00 or the best at $2800.00 if you know what I mean. it comes down to what you what to pay OR CAN PAY. There is always two side to a story. Keep up the great work guys..

They are cheats and thieves. They stole parts out/off of my car and denied doing so. After not finishing a job, they refused to refund me. You're better off doing the work yourself

Very professional work, whether its body work and paint or just getting your vehicle replaced. They do all types of mechanic work from engine and transmission replacement . IRA will take care of you.
