Now I was already here before and I left not receiving all the work I wanted ok no harm no foul, they seem knowledgeable, So I gave them another chance. I told him I needed my cylinder on the fifth wheel and to check the wheel alignment I was here the first thing in the morning, 11 o'clock all the mechanic did was check everything that I didn't ask for them to fix and didn't fix nothing that I did. They did adjust my cruise control for $200. Then try to charge my 850 bucks in diagnostic fees if you would have just ordered the part I wanted in the morning. Maybe you could have got it done. I don't want anything for free. But fair is fair. I haven't given a review in a while. But this is not right, this is dishonest. I told you I needed a cylinder. Yep a 5. Why ? People. Got towed in on a Monday afternoon. What a way to start a week. Quick to get me checked in and let me know it motels nearby and food. Bathrooms were clean. Puppy friendly. Even tho mine does not like Hoomans. This is an older place, around a few years. Lots of Bays and if course lots of trucks ( customers ) so I went to a motel and got a pizza. Truck had a few sensors that died and were not on the shelf, so had to order. HAD THEY HAD them yes I feel confidant I would have been In & Out like the Burger Joint. ALEX fixed my truck. A couple days I was out the door. Even found a sensor that was missed in Quality control check. All under warranty.
