Had promised my father-in-law I would get the road rash repaired on his 2004 BMW 325ci. Beautiful car with a gnarly rash along the driver's side door and around to the front of the car. Pictures attached don't really show the depth of the gashes made by bricks and concrete. First two are before and the other three are after. After pictures show, without a doubt, Pete and his team do excellent work. Price was very competitive. Got this baby back to show room condition. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service from manager, Pete. My adult daughter needed body work on her car. This shop took 2 months to repair the front bumper, wheels and axles while my daughter was without her car for all that time. They did not communicate about the time frame for repair, sending her car to another facility for work, nor with the insurance company. All information we received was from my husband and her having to call them repeatedly for answers and every time the owner was very rude and condescending. I honestly believe my daughter was treated this way because she was young and inexperienced. Upon finally picking up her car, again, there was no greeting. The owner was very disrespectful to her and admitted that he ignored her phone call before she came. I would not

Was trying to contact Charlie just to set up an appointment and was texted this by him. I was astonished at his response to me after talking to him a couple weeks ago. Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going here if this is the response I got from one of the shop managers.

We took my wife's car to Carolina Paint and Body after she got hit. They didn't fix the vehicle properly and when asked about it, they claim the vehicle was previously wrecked and none of the parts lined up. It was a fleet vehicle before we purchased it in 2017 and all of the reports were clear. Carolina Paint and Body needs to properly fix the vehicle. Update: Carolina Paint and Body has responded to the BBB complaint claiming the vehicle was wrecked, repaired, and not reported. However, the agreement was that CPB restore the vehicle to pre-collison condition, as is industry standard. CPB never communicated that that was unachievable. I firmly believe that CPB rushed the vehicle, did shoddy work, and now is neglectting to accept fault and remedy the problem. I urge any customer to strong
