We were on the highway about 2 miles shy of the exit and noticed that one of my tires on my trailer was shredding. We called Carolina. They said bring it all in. We close at six. We got here at 5:30. There was people in the waiting room, cars were packed in this parking lot. They pulled that trailer in jacked it up change the tire and we were in and out in less than a half an hour they’re fantastic. Great customer service. The price was just as good and the guy behind the counter who I didn’t get his name was so nice to us. Thank you so much Caroline tire big shout out to you Guys

10 out of 10 would not recommend. If you care about your rims and the job that is being preformed find some where more reputable to take your vehicle. I had been dealing with carolina tire for over 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years of bringing my personal and company vehicles to them for all my tire needs. Well not any more, not after they destroyed my $4000 custom rims. They never owned up to the damage upon receiving my truck back after they preformed the work. They never offered any reimbursement/compensation of time and damages but offered a sub par repair of the rims after the owner Tim looked at them and just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I had issues with my Fuel gauge for my 2021 VW Tiguan. Turns out it needed a new fuel pump. This place had great communication, clean waiting area with WiFi and friendly Owner and staff. Highly recommend.

Carolina Tire Company saved our trip! We got a flat tire on the way down the east coast to Florida and got stuck on 95 South. They were fast and easy to contact, gave us multiple options, a fair price, and helped us out all the while having amazing, friendly, and kind customer service. Listen to the reviews forget the star count... Broke my cap on my rim and no apology nor make it right, but say i glued it back together........I had see it and to have to actually say something for them to make it right..smh shows the integrity of this shop.. definitely incapable of handling custom rims; although they may be good at oil changes and changing a regular tire.. overall decent customer service upon meeting just didn't go as smooth as I would like..
