Carolinas Collision Center at Parks Chevrolet

I rear-ended someone late September and, while the other vehicle sustained minimal damage, my car took quite the impact. John and his team at the collision center handled everything nearly effortlessly with the rental car Geico and keeping me updated along the way. I requested a couple out of pocket add-ons which they ended up doing free of charge and my vehicle came back to me 21 days later better than I’ve ever seen it in cleaner than it was when I dropped it off with them. Cannot recommend them enough to others in the future!

I dropped of my truck which I also us to pull my trailer for work on 6/2/22 it’s 6/23/22 (3) weeks it’s been in the shop . Poor comunicación I have to call to get updated sometimes being left with a call back that nevera get back . I never got a solid answer . It’s like every time I called they came up with a different excuse just to not speak to me . It’s simple you take your car and expect a solid pick up date if it’s 1 month in the shop I would of went somewhere else or fixed it myself but they can’t keep you just wondering. Especially if the rental company doesn’t want to pay for the rental when the body shop only says it’s going to take 4 days to fix the damage bumper I had . They damaged my car more, while inspecting it for the insurance company.

If I could give this car repair place a zero I would!! This car repair place is an absolute nightmare! It's been nine weeks, and I still haven't received my car back. Every time I call, they push back the retrieval date without any valid explanation. They can't even give me a specific date to pick up my car, leaving me stranded and frustrated. To add insult to injury, the manager was incredibly rude and laughed in my face when I expressed my concerns. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and having your time and money wasted!

I first dropped off my Camry on 6/13/22 to repair damage caused by a fallen tree during a storm and it has taken until today, 7/13/22 for the vehicle to be completely repaired. During this process, the due date for me to pick it up was changed numerous times, and I was required to coordinate with my insurance company and Enterprise to insure I was not being billed extra for my rental due to my vehicle not being ready to pick up. My representative suggested wanting to do something to make it up to me for all of the issues, but didn't offer anything when I finally picked up my car. Despite the fact that the repairs eventually proved to be satisfactory, I would not recommend this shop for repairs. If Parks Chevrolet Charlotte is willing to reach out to try to make up for these issues, I will
