My boyfriend and I recently leased a new Mazda CX-5 from this location. Thomas was the primary seller who created an excellent experience for us. We came in with a very clear idea of what we wanted - both in a car and financially, and Thomas delivered seamlessly. All of our questions and concerns were answered as thoroughly as we needed, with no uncomfortable pushiness or urgency. This was our first experience with a car dealership (we bought privately prior to this), so naturally, we came in curious what the process would look and feel like. We recently leased a 2026 Jetta from Carousel Motors. Our salesman Ben was very knowledgeable of each vehicle that we looked at. He took the time to thoroughly inform us and answer all of our questions. The dealership was very accommodating to our needs, and it was a very efficient trip. We arrived, test drove the Jetta, talked numbers, and were leaving with our new car in a little over two hours! Ben also took the time to explain all of the functions in the car and answer and last minute questions we had before we were on our way! My son purchased a Ford Edge from Carousel motors. Yuchen was the salesperson who was super friendly and helpful both in the purchase and the drama that followed the purchase. Very shortly after purchasing the vehicle “as is” the transmission went out. Yuchen assisted us in getting the vehicle towed to a nearby shop and Carousel helped with the cost of the repair. Every single person I dealt with through the ordeal felt bad and wanted to help us out. Because we technically did not have a warranty I did not expect them to come through to the extent they did! Yuchen was wonderful in keeping us updated on the progress etc as we waited for the quotes/repairs etc. I cannot say how much my son, husband and I appreciate Yuchen and others at Carousel who helped us out!!

My recent experience at Carousel motors was outstanding, thanks entirely to Ryan Wyant. We bought glc 300. From the start, he was incredibly helpful and clearly answered all my questions. What truly set him apart was his effort in getting me a great deal that exceeded my expectations and made the final price very competitive. He made the process transparent and stress-free. Update: John Vice, the General Manager in charge of their Used Vehicle division contacted me. He was very nice. Had my son come in, they hooked his Jeep up to their diagnostic machine and determined that it's a faulty gas cap. Simple fix, on our dime of course, which still doesn't seem right, but it is what it is. We are happy that someone did finally contact us and simply looked at the vehicle, which is all we were asking for in the first place. Went in last Wednesday with my son to purchase a 2013 Jeep Wrangler they had on their lot. The salesman, Michael, seemed nice, the test drive went fine, Shariff in financing was great.
