So very much impressed with the service. A/c issue in my Tesla model 3. After 2 full days traveling was presented with a 6000 dollar estimate from service center in Charlotte. One hour at Car Pro Repair they recharged the freon and I was good to go for a fraction of Tesla’s quote. Couldn’t be happier

I live in the Asheville area and unfortunately have had to try out many auto repair shops in my 14 years of living here, but this is by far the most reliable, courteous service I have experienced. In addition to doing great work, I especially appreciate the excellent communication by the mechanics and staff. They were able to carefully explain everything to me that they would be doing, and they quoted a price that was 100% accurate and true to what I paid in the end. I actually intend to contact them for most of my car's maintenance and repair needs, even though I live a half hour away, because I so value their service
