I would give them a million stars if I could. My car wouldn't start, a tow truck came out to jump it and determined it was the battery. Durbins was the first place I called to see if they had a battery in stock for my car... and if they could help me install it because it's a newer car. They did and they did. I booked it over there and they got me fixed up in a matter of minutes. Definitely went above and beyond.

Known these folks for a long time! Great and trustworthy, as opposed to most places. Another invaluable asset that is offered here, you will get years of experience. They don't have a bunch of young, ignorant, kids that have to look everything up on a computer and have zero initiative. Highly recommend this parts house!

I have been doing business with them for years and can honestly say that I really like going in to à parts house where the staff knows what your looking for because the the others if it's not on the computer they have know idea what your talking about I would and have on many occasions recommended them.

Durbin has always been like family to the city of Prattville, it's not just getting parts but to enjoy going in to see everyone. If they don't have it they'll get it quick.
