Carquest Auto Parts - HERMSEN AUTO PARTS, INC.

I visited the store before they sold out to Hermsen and I had no negative experience there. Since the change of ownership, I've noticed no huge difference however the new owner is very knowledgeable and it's quite surprising given how young he seems. For the Manchester area, I highly recommend this place versus Napa or Aaron Motorsports.

Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The lady has no knowledge. I was sold the wrong parts and refuse to take them back. Didn't even try to pull up the transaction. Rude and no personality

I went into the Manchester, Iowa location for a shaky muffler. The gentleman took a look at the muffler, brainstormed a minute and came up with a way I could fix the rust bucket with only a few bucks. Very professional and not out to make the extra buck off "factory recommended" parts. This is my third amazing experience with this store and I won't shop anywhere else for parts.

Anytime I need anything my first thought is to call carquest in Manchester. They are helpful the minute I walk in the door everytime. If I don't know exactly what I need they do their best to help me figure it out. And if they don't have it they will find it or send you somewhere that does. I have never left unsatisfied with their service. Thank you guys and all that you do!
