Thomsen Auto Repair

Thomsen was amazing very helpful and amazing! ERICA AND DAN made sure they were in communication with me which helped me feel secure. They were very detailed with my vehicle the take videos so you know exactly what you need. I didnt use them for the repair however they welcomed me back and were understanding. I will use the again.

I went in for a routine oil change and to have some ABS lights checked after receiving coupons in the mail. They were able to get me scheduled the same week, which was great. It turned out I needed an oil change, a wheel bearing replacement, and a tire sensor replaced. Communication throughout the process was easy and fast. Getting a loaner car was quick and convenient, and the repairs didn’t take long once the parts came in. I was very happy with the service provided and will definitely be a repeat customer.

My husband and I found ourselves 2.5 hours away from home with some apparent emergent car trouble. Even though it was right before their closing time on a Friday night, Thomsen Auto Repair was extremely welcoming and reassuring that they would diagnose the issue and get us back on the road. They even hooked us up with a loaner car to get us to our destination safely! We knew we were in honest hands and felt very well taken care of. Although we were anticipating a large repair bill, we were pleased that the issue was much less significant and we were billed accordingly. If we lived in the Manchester area, this would be our continued shop of choice! We highly recommend them!

Thomsen Auto did a phenomenal job. We recently moved to town and received their mailer for an oil change. They provided additional feedback on the vehicle as precautionary measures but stressed it's not something to worry about right now but start thinking about it. Dan and his team got me in and out quickly and had an office area I could wait in until they were done. I highly recommend this team to work on your vehicle.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in due to it stalling. They provided a loaner at no charge to me. They did a vehicle inspection and found some other things that needed attention but weren't pushy about fixing those things. I was able to choose what if any other repairs/issues I wanted to take care of. A couple of weeks after getting my vehicle back it developed a completely different issue. The team got my vehicle in and I had it back in less than 24 hours. Very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with the service and quality of work.
