Thanks again, Janet. You gave me the best customer service I've ever received. These comments about you are true. The other mechanics were great, too. I broke down on the way to albuquerque from San Diego, and the Loves cashier allowed me to sleep at the truck stop until morning. As soon as Carquest opened at 7 a.m., Janet was helping me put a new battery in my vehicle. We got my truck fixed, and I was safely on my way. The whole town is nice. I want to go back to Holbrook to soak in some more of that friendly, welcoming personality that the whole town seems to have. I give the whole town 5 out of 5 stars!

Don't waste their (or your) time here. I stopped in because my car through an engine code while I was traveling across country. As this was the first automotive place I came across, I stopped in and asked if they could read my code. They said no. Okay, so I asked if I could buy an OBD reader. The one they have on the shelf is $309. I laughed. That's ridiculous. I can get one on Amazon for like 40 bucks. So as I'm leaving, I hear the clerk say under his breath "why do people come in here and waste our time." There, now you know not to waste their time. Go find The O'Reilly's up the road, they were quite friendly and they read my engine code for free. I was able to get what I needed and get back on the road in a timely manner. This place can pound sand.

I'm so surprised at the review about 7:00 a.m. and they were helping me immediately because I walked in. Walked to the desk said good morning and the guy just stared at me... What a weirdo

Well, I bought a coil from them for my car and after a week it failed. I took it to the shop and it was saying that coil so I took it out and bought one from one of their competitors and I live far away from this Particular auto parts store so I brought back the coil getting a refund cause I already purchased it from another store. And they said they needed the original box doesn’t matter how long it’s been it could be a year. They need the original box who keeps their box per year after it’s installed.. Anyways, the guy called his manager she said the same thing all our parts don’t fail anyway we don’t refund anything.
