I brought my 2003 F450 here with a broken drive belt, a broken pulley bracket, and a "check gauges" error message on the dash from a transmission temperature sensor code. When I arrived after driving the truck 5 miles, it was already getting hot because the drive belt was broken, so the water pump wasn't working. They told me to drive my truck without a water pump to get the parts I needed because it was nearby, and they were having trouble with their O'Reilly’s account. Instead, I walked the two blocks to get the parts. The strange part was that when I arrived at O'Reilly’s, the owner appeared for a separate issue. We pulled in with our 1988 Ford camper van with an electrical problem and Buddy went right into troubleshooting it, He and his crew had it fixed in under 2 hours for a super reasonable price. Took my car in to get headgaskets, water pump and radiator replaced. Waited 5 weeks and they didn't even change the headgaskets. Tried telling me the engine block might cracked and somehow my car was still OK to drive 1 hour back home. They took my coolant reservoir cap and all the spare parts and hoses that were in my car and messed up the wiring. Took it to another shop and the car got done in a week with no issues. Car runs great now. Do yourself a favor and find a different mechanic.

Broke down on a late Friday afternoon. James took a look at my truck and told me to come back the following morning so they could isolate the specific problem. James was able to quickly diagnose the problem but, unfortunately the part could only come from the dealer in Flagstaff. First thing Monday morning James contacted the dealership and ordered the part. When the part arrived, James drove to Flagstaff to pick up the part and they had my truck fixed in less than two hours. I was expecting a huge bill but, I was pleasantly surprised as it was very reasonable. James and his team are true professionals that go the extra mile.

I brought my Tacoma into this shop. Another shop had diagnosed a bad air/fuel sensor. The code that was given stated the truck was running lean (meaning it isn't getting enough fuel). This shop told me it was starving for air (would be running rich) and needed a very expensive catalytic converter. I asked them are you sure and they said yes this would fix the problem. Well...it didn't and now I have spent over $1500 on a check engine light. After going on a Tacoma forum, everyone stated it was a fuel pump issue for the symptoms my truck was having ( a bad check valve in the pump didn't allow it to hold enough fuel pressure). Well guess what, a factory fuel pump cost another $550 and I changed it myself. Now, I am out over $2100 to fix a $550 problem. Only reason for 2 stars is they are
