The backup charger in town was broken, and we couldn’t use the nearby Tesla station. With just 13% battery left and the nearest compatible charger over 120 miles away, we were stuck. I called before sun up because I locked myself out of my car with the engine running. Christina had a driver dispatched immediately to help me. Before the driver arrived, I was able to get into the vehicle. Christina was so kind and understanding and refused to charge me anything. This is a local company with great people and they do great work for a small-town price. Whether you're needing roadside assistance or mechanical repairs, Scotty and Son is a great resource and about as fair and honest as you'll find.
