Matt the general manager has always been fair with me and their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The owners have also always gone out of their way to support my small business. Their parts are quality and compare-able pricing to the other parts stores in town. They have guys that have been there for awhile so you know they are experienced and won’t send in the wrong direction. Would buy my parts here any day of the week!!

Terrible owner and horrendous customer service. DO NOT HERE. They will jack up the prices and later refuse to correct their mistake. Owner Matt is no help and does nothing for the consumer. Stay away!

I love this CarQuest, real parts guys and they carry all the good stuff like Rubber-Lined Releasable GripLockTies and good screwdrivers.

I can’t give this place enough stars. If I could give them a million I would. The employee at the desk that helped us that I didn’t get the name of basically saved mine and my families lives. He was so genuine and caring. We went to two other places before here for an oil cap and none of them had the one we needed and they just wanted us out of there because they were close to closing and didn’t do anything to help us at all. No advice or anything. When we got to this place the employee was so genuine and caring and gave us advice and was able to help us and get us back on the road safe. I’m so grateful and appreciate the employee that was working.

Not only was their customer service very knowledgeable and friendly, their prices were infinitely better than any other parts store in town! I had previously gone to oreillys for a part, and ended up going through 3 faulty parts before I decided to cut my losses and get my money back. They had the exact FUNCTIONAL part I needed for $15 when oreillys had junk for $30 and Napa had it for $80 something. Hands down the best parts store in town.
