Carquest Auto Parts - PARTS SMART CARQUEST

Going 75 miles and hour on I-76, just getting to Fort Morgan, the front bearings went out on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. After coasting to a parking lot and letting the hub cool down and stop smoking; it took a long time to get all the parts apart. But as soon as I walked into the Carquest, Jeff and John got right on getting the new racers in for me, and assembling all the parts and grease needed to get the truck back on the road. After their help, and Jason getting me the Grease seal, which I forgot the first time, it took about 10 minutes to pack the bearings and get everything put back together. Used to be good but it's now a joke of a store. Go in and ask about something and they tell you they aren't sure but probably not. They won't even check the system or help at all. They literally tell you maybe it's here but won't check. Worthless place that used to be good. I'll stick to Napa. Don't come here unless you want to pay double what everyone else charges and get bad service to boot.

The best auto parts store around, if they don't have the part in stock , they will have within a day or two. They are a family owned business so they take pride in the store. Good honest people. My go to auto parts store.

Good customer service and if they dont have the parts we need, they get them in the same afternoon or next morning. Always helpful employees.

They seem to have excellent customer service and a good selection of items. They were diligent in looking up the right parts, which I observed while waiting.
