Carquest Auto Parts - Renns Auto Parts

Great small service parts store but some of the items are very pricey. I called for a simple fuse for my radio and there price was way over ten dollars. I found it online a box of 5 for one dollar. The cost should have been 85 cents not $12.00. The place can do some major remodeling. Probably never once was there any dusting. The only 2 employees are nice. But if you need parts go online or somewhere else.

People are crotchety and make you feel like your inconveniencing them . Not appealing to walk in either ,place is crusty.

I have had 2 experiences with this place and neither one was good. If you don't know much about cars you will be better off elsewhere.

This company is afraid to send my part by mail. A little clutch fan guy on the phone says he doesn't feel comfortable. Lame

They always treat us right. I trust the work that is done here. There's even a little waiting room now, which is handy.
