Sometimes used cars dealerships get a bad rap and they kind of turn you off to good experiences, but not with Saxon. Saxon delivered a very positive very professional experience and I felt very heard and comfortable when dealing with him throughout the whole process he actually explained a lot of things that I might not have even thought of or known of to ask about a used vehicle dealership he’s an exceptional business owner doing exceptional things and I thank him and I will be recommending him to whoever I can and whoever needs a used car.

Came back to update my review. Just picked up an awesome vehicle from Saxon & team (Trace rocks!). Bought a 2017 Ford Expedition at an awesome price. The vehicle is such a great upgrade over the Wrangler I was driving, and I no longer have a car payment! Saxon sources his inventory from outside of NYS, so there is no typical rust that you'd see on other used cars from this area. If you want a solid dependable vehicle at a very fair price, you absolutely must take the time to talk with him. Great honest used car dealer - and in my 40 some years of driving that's a rarity! Clean dependable cars at a fair price. Saxon & his team were awesome to work with!

He gets quality cars but they sell fast because they are priced correctly. Many dealers overcharge for unnecessary add-ons. My sister bought a car from them and it runs great. He gets many cars from the south and he focuses on Honda and Toyota. Basically it's a hidden gem dealer in a small town that a lot of people don't even know existed. I was going to buy a car from him but it sold before the bank gave me the loan. i still plan on purchasing a vehicle from him soon.

My lady and I bought a used 2014 rav4 from Saxon at The Auto Exchange, our experience was top notch with the vehicle and a small issue we had with the radio was resolved after our purchase. We love our new/used vehicle from The Auto Exchange!
