This place is very unprofessional and especially with its customer service. I only came because I was sent from an auto zone worker. I waited over 15 minutes just to get attended, the lady with dark brown at the paint shop was very unprofessional and made rude remarks to me just for a simple question. When I finally got attended I was told they couldn’t even do nothing about it. waste of your TIME and MONEY will never be coming back again unless it’s for a refund.

Shortly after arriving in Sanford I needed a battery replacement on an older truck. The lady at the service desk was knowledgeable about what I needed and provided complete installation for me - even in the rain! She took care of disposal of the old battery and installation of the new one very quickly. No appointment needed and I was there less than 30 minutes, driving home with a brand new battery. Several customers came in not wearing masks and there was no enforcement of mask rules. Would have appreciated seeing someone ask them to put on a mask before entering the store. There were social distancing stickers on the floor and signage up.

Excellent personality and very helpful. They had everything I needed didn't have to be ordered and I have a old car by choice bc I love my car. Good business and great attitude from the sales rep. I'll be back

I always go to thie Sanford Carquest because they had friendly staff and they knew their products. I came in yesterday and was waited on by a dark haired lady. She was anything but friendly and almost no help and we had the pull information out of her. She had an attitude look on her face like we were bothering her and practiced very poor customer service. We were pleasant to her even though I wanted to tell her what I though of an attempt at customer service. I will shop somewhere else now.
