I encountered a hit and run on 12/17. I was referred by 3 different people and one being my husband when we had our son’s car fixed when someone backed into his car. Josh Turner was the gentleman that assisted me and he was so professional and walked me through the process of how the car was going to fixed. My car looks great and you can’t even tell it was hit. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have their car fixed with any collision damage. If you’re not going through an insurance company, they will do their best to accommodate you.

Josh helped me with the repairs. From start to finish it was a smooth process. Josh worked to source the parts right away and provide an accurate repair cost. He was professional, competent and courteous. Excellent service. The car was ready a day early too. I recommend CarsMetrics without hesitation.
