Carson City Hyundai

We have been searching for a Hyundai Sante Fe hybrid. We found a great Sante Fe at the CarsonCity Hyundai, and the price was too good to be true. Nate was a very professional and courteous representative for Carson City Hyundai. His word means everything..no shell game or bait and switch. Although, I am weary of dealerships, the opposite was true here. The price was the price, and offered an extended warranty that was impossible to turn down. At no time was I pressured to do anything. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking specifically for the Hyundai Santa Cruz and when I found the one I was looking for, I called and arranged to see the car. When I arrived, the Santa Cruz was pulled up and ready to go. The agent I got to work with was Mike Oade, and he is amazing. Patient, respectful and never once did I get the sense that he was trying to pressure me into making a decision. Mike took the time to walk me through the features of the Hyundai and I had the opportunity to test drive the Santa Cruz on city streets and freeway which gave me a much better feel for it in daily driving. The purchase process was equally painless and went fairly quickly.
