The whole process was so smooth. Ian handled all the credit portion of the deal and he’s very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have about the process. The R.V. buying experience was amazing! Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there with the hopes that I could pull something bigger than I could safely pull. Scott let me know how the weights worked so I could be safe and keep my vehicle safe. He could have sold me something so they could make more money but chose safety over dollar signs. We just recently purchased a travel trailer from Carson city RV, and I have to say our experience was absolutely everything we could ask for! We met Lee (whom I highly recommend) and he was so patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, he answered all our questions and made our experience great. We came back a few days later to pick up out new trailer and Zach the tech in the shop walked us through how everything worked. He was so patient and also knowledgeable! Never made me feel dumb about asking my questions! High recommend! We had an issue with our hitch on our truck and all the guys in the shop were so very helpful.
