Carstar 76 Collision

Recently took our vehicle there to be fixed after a car deer incident. After picking up the car, we noticed multiple blemishes in the paint and the inside was very dirty. When we returned the an employee just kept saying it will be fine. They cleaned the inside but refused to fix the low quality paint job.

My experience at CarStar76 was excellent. I had an insurance claim for body work. They communicated well and updated me periodically about when the vehicle would be ready. They finished exactly on time. The results look awesome and they returned the car to me cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Had a tire go out on me while close to this shop. Was able to get a quote and tire in a couple days, and they let me know about more damage to my frame due to rust aswell. Sydney at the front desk was so helpful, and my estimator Rodney made sure to make time for me. Thank you Carstar, I recommend people in a pinch come here for help.

Had my 2014 audi fixed the rear bumper and they did a excelent job. Now i have a 2019 mercedes benz and just had the front bumper side fenders, hood and pasenger door repainted and they did a excelent job. I’ve had this CarStar do major repair that resulted from a nearly totaled rear end collision to buffing out a couple of scratches from a shopping cart with Cherry Vanilla ice cream in it.
