CARSTAR Auto Body of Goldsboro

My experience with the staff at CARSTAR Auto Body was great. Their staff, Lisa, went out of the way to be friendly. Bruce informed me weekly of what was happening with the parts and labor, and finished the job a week early. Thank you!

I'm not very happy with the way my car painting on my hood and front bumper came out. I took it to two body shops after I received my car back from you guys and they both said that it is orange peel. When I explain this to Cody he said that is the way that All painters that do it by hand will look. My advice was to take it back to you and get you to repaint it. I have contacted Geico and the adjuster will get up with you to get it back in there for you to fix. This is not acceptable.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Cody was wonderful to work with. They communicated throughout the whole process even if possible price hike due to more damage found. They ended up being able to get it back down to the original estimate. I really do appreciate their honesty and professionalism

I recently had my car repaired after a collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were courteous, communicative, and truly committed to ensuring everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and the attention to detail was clear. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and I’m extremely grateful for their dedication and care. Highly recommended!

They are the best. I would highly recommend them. Best staff, best place to go for car repairs
