After someone ran a stop sign and destroyed the front of my favorite truck in the whole world, I took it to Carstar in Smithfield, NC. We were met by a lovely lady at the desk who was so helpful, reassuring and friendly. And then we met Ledell Scott, who made sure that not only did we have open communication and I knew the repairs every step of the way, but he was very kind, reassuring and caring as well! This was a job so well done I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked it up 2 weeks later. It looks brand new! Absolute perfect job! They couldn't have done any better! Perfect job! 3 states away from home and i had an accident.. i had barely any idea where i was let alone where to take my vehicle.. insurance said well, we have 2 shops nearby, one can’t work on your car immediately and the other one can start immediately .. being i need my daily driver i went with option 2.. shortly afterwards i received a txt line so i could touch base with the shop, truck had significant front drivers side damage i was shortly in touch with a guy named Dan, he gave me regular updates and understood the need to get back in my truck.. i felt a level of trust that he would get things done as fast as he could.. well, pick up day arrived and he certainly delivered on his word the truck looked amazing aand theres no sign of damage or repair.. i really appreciated to open communication and

From the time you walk in you receive excellent customer service from Pam and Ledell was fantastic, great communication and always touching base with me and making sure if I had any questions for him. The company also has a message verification that lets you know the status of your vehicle progress which I loved and the best thing was that as long as you’re the owner to your car you have lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend any family and friends. If I have any damage on any of my other vehicles I would definitely come back to Carstar.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I worked primarily with Zach and he made sure to keep me informed and up-to-date with the status of my vehicle. When I was ready to pick up, he made sure to go over with me all that had been fixed and gave me all the follow-up information I needed. I also loved that I was able to have CarStar help coordinate with Enterprise to make it easy for me to get a ride to get my rental and to drop it back off. The text updates were helpful and having the link to check progress kept me informed! Highly recommend!

Did an excellent job on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE front bumper replacement. It looks great with the exception of the failure to replace the driver side bumper light bulb. Looks weird with only 1 bumper light coming on. Customer service was great at keeping you informed of progress and delays. They also do a great job of cleaning your vehicle after work is done. CarStar worked closely with my insurance and car rental companies, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use their services again and would have given 5 stars if not for the bulb.
