I love this place. Brian gave me an estimate late last year, he is very nice and personable. Didn't know you could have a corrective paint done to my car. Met Ricky Hayes, very nice, when I went back to their shop last week, Ricky told me about the corrective painting he could do instead of a full paint job and cost way less than a all over painting. If you should talk to Ricky he can tell you which would be better for your vehicle. I was lucky that my car had just spots. Dropped my car off this past Monday, got a text update twice, my car was ready on Wednesday. Wow! My car looks fantastic! I had the decals replaced, the car looks brand new. I have mixed opinions. The good: Brian really helped get ehat was needed from insurance. My insurance Adjuster completely dropped the ball and he made sure to get the ball rolling with another adjuster. The bad: There was a severe lack of communication for the status of the estimate and repairs. I asked multiple times for an estimate and was told they were working on it only to find out they hadn't started because they hadn't heard from insurance even though I told them I wanted to see a cost prior to filing the claim. The car took over a month to get repaired and not once did they ever call me with an update. I called them every time and never got a good reason for the delay other than parts were ordered. Overall the experience was not good. I would have left a worse rating had it not

Brian and Stephanie are wonderful. They show how much they care about the customer. Went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. Definitely recommend this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
