Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff. Few things to know: 1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic. 2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end. 3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call. 4. These guys can make it happen!! About 1 week and half ago my car was picked up and brought in for body work to be done. When I came to come pick it up today it was fully renewed. The communication and service from the front workers in the office is impeccable. They make sure to communicate every step of the way of the car being finished and show that the car is being fully taken care of. No scratches, no more dent or pot whole dents. Even received a full detail when picking it up. Thank you to Dexter, Lauren and Makela. Thank you to Omar for detailing the car. Great work!!
