CARSTAR Northfield Auto Body

We had damage to our vehicle from two people backing out of parking spaces into us. Carstar was great to work with. They have paintless dent removal (PDR) technicians who were able to repair both sets of damage. This meant our car was ready in three days. Their work was great and the car looks like new. The office staff are friendly and professional, very easy to work with. Carstar dealt with the insurance companies for us and helped with the rental car, too. Overall, they get an A+!

The people at CarStar are so compassionate, supportive and understanding. Worked me thru common sense decisions vs what I felt emotionally to decide what I should do with my totaled vehicle. I will always be loyal to this body shop.

Polite, efficient, very pleasant and easy to talk with those working my repair job. Phone answered promptly. I got help with a car rental. My car looks wonderful and the job got done 5 days early. What’s not to be love? Thanks so much!

After getting in an accident, I was nervous I would feel the same about my car after it was fixed. Carstar definitely exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing…just like it did when it was brand new. All of the electronics worked perfectly, the doors opened and shut just like they had when I purchased the car and I was very pleased with the work that was done. The timeframe to fix the car was exactly what was expected…if not even a little earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Carstar to someone getting car work done and even more importantly bring my car back to to them if I ever need help like this again. Thanks Carstar!!

They did a wonderful job of repairing the damage our truck received when a deer ran in front of it. Repairs were done quickly and the final product was ready and polished.
