Stopped in as I had a nail in my tire. Knowing it was a quick repair, one mechanic stopped what he was doing and fixed my tire right away while i waited. All the staff was super friendly! Money well spent, and I'll definitely be back!

I first want to start off by saying that this shop is hands down, one of, if not the best shop that I’ve brought my car to. My wife and I brought our RAV4 to Valvoline for an oil change thinking that everything was fine. Boy were we wrong! Turns out the knuckleheads put the wrong oil filter on, resulting in oil leaking from the car and ending up with the timing belt snapping, seizing the engine, leading to engine failure. Charles and his amazing team were willing to look into it and investigate what happened. They reached out and let us know, resulting in us filing a claim through insurance which ended up getting approved. While on vacation 4 hours from home, we had major engine issues. Charles helped us out, going above and beyond what a mechanic should do. Highly recommend this shop, they are amazing to work with, honest and dependable.

Went in for an oil change last night and to have my car checked out before a long road trip. They found that my lower ball joints were shot, tires about ready to fall off. At this point in the day it was about 4pm. The job was estimated to take 4 hours. I asked nicely if they would consider doing it same day, as I was leaving the next. They both got on it right away and I drove out of there that night, car fixed - and now safely on my way. They worked 1.5 hours after closing time, giving up family time to keep me, the customer, happy. Well done, highly recommend this shop. Prices were better than expected too.
