CARSTAR Proline Body & Chassis

I first started using Proline 15 years ago; in that span I’ve had a handful of occasions where I had to use their services. To start off, I’ve never had any issue, the staff has always been on point, and they are knowledgeable & professional. Most recently I got into an accident due to someone who ran a stop sign; I’m very happy with their work and the duration it took for them to do all the repairs (little over 1 week). Finally, shout out to Sean who went the extra mile and certainly made this to be a smooth process.

The people at proline were truly amazing. They made the whole experience so easy and worry free. They even took back my rental when I picked up my car so I didn’t have to go to another place to drop the rental off. Picked up my car super clean and great work.

Absolutely amazing. I had my first accident ever after 30 years of driving. They where so helpful. answered many questions for me. Kept me updated 2 times s week by text . Car was ready on the date promised. The work they did blew my mind.

Brought car to be looked at after an accident. I met with Sean and he walked me through the entire process and explained everything so I had a clear understanding of what may/may not happen. He was friendly and very professional. He set reasonable expectations which I appreciated very much. Would recommend Proline for your auto body needs.

Service technician was professional explained things when questioned gave me the details of their process. I liked that I could pickup and drop off the rental car at the same time. The car was ready when promised and the replacement part works fine.
