Very nice and professional staff. Although, I would caution anyone who is thinking of selling their car to them for a few reasons. You’ll enter all of your information online, including your VIN (which gives them all the CarFax info ahead of time) and give you a fair offer. They’ll still find an excuse to lowball you when you come in, blaming the modified offer on the CarFax even though they have seen it. I went to 7 different places to collect offers and their offer was the lowest. They also claimed that there were “fees” associated with selling my car, which is not the standard. I mentioned the other offers and they automatically upped their offer by a thousand, funny how that works. I ended up selling my car for almost $3,000 over what they offered and had no fees taken out of my sale.
