The hospitality was top tier. Everyone I came in contact with throughout my visit ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of. As a first time buyer I was nervous but I love that Alex ensured not only that I was comfortable but fully informed through every step of the process. I enjoyed that the process was quick but didn’t feel rushed. Alex was patient with me and truly took his time covering all bases and breaking things down for me. I loved the added touches of the walkout song and opportunities to take photos with the car; it made the moment even more special.

I just purchased a vehicle from this Enterprise location a few days ago and I will say this is the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I worked mostly with Jessica and she was great. Very nice and personable and extremely helpful through the whole process. The team did everything they could to get me into a vehicle that day and all were extremely nice through the whole process. Overall, it was a fast process, probably one of the fastest car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. As a woman, it can be intimidating buying a vehicle alone, but I did not feel that way at all. I am extremely grateful to the team here and would definitely purchase from them again!
