I brought my 2022 Ford Explorer here after being sideswiped by a big rig, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. The team at Carstar Russo Pittsburg is amazing, they have provided excellent service in a timely manner, they are honest and very helpful. My wife's car had made a knocking sound when she turns on the AC. We brought it to the dealership's service for diagnostic and they found dog/cat food in the engine area due to rodents. The dealership said it would cost over $700 to replace the fan motor damaged by the rodents plus $200 for another 1-hour diagnostic fee. We instead called our insurance to file a claim and they referred me to Carstar Russo. I'M SO GLAD WE WENT TO CARSTAR! They reviewed the car and found that the damage was just a simple connection issue. So they fixed it and didn't want to charge us at all. Fantastic customer service, this shop is very easy to deal with and fairly priced. On top of all that the work is quality, im very satisfied with much better my wifes altima looks after the accident.
