From the moment I booked an appointment through receiving my car, I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this place. My repair included the front grill of my car and paint job to fix the damage caused. I was greeted by Destiny, she has a very friendly demeanor. I met with Theresa, off the bat I felt comfortable as she was so knowledgeable, I felt very at ease after getting the explanation of what would need to be done. I didn’t even consult with any other body shops. The communication was amazing. I was kept up to date on the delays that were occurring and why. One thing that really stood out to me was when I was called and informed my car was ready for pick up, shorty after Theresa called me back and let me know after she did a final inspection, she found a minor issue tha

Customer service was excellent, especially from the gal at the front desk & Theresa. They were kind, knowledgeable, and kept great communication. Everything was smooth & stress-free. Life-time warranty on their work. The collab with Enterprise for easy rental pick up / drop off & the car wash & vacuum at the end were an unexpected & appreciated bonus.
