Now although they do great work here, the lady at the front desk has a real problem with customer service. Honestly, it turns me off from coming here even with the honest work that this establishment does. She makes a frustrating situation even more frustrating with the attitude she has and it isn’t a one-time ordeal. This isn’t an emotional response to her actions but rather an honest observation of what i’ve experienced. Great work is done at Pramros, but it’s hard to ignore how this lady operates.

Lady works in the front desk is so rude! They need to hire people that knows how to deal with customers. She gon mess and find out. You can’t be mean to customers and when we return the same energy she don’t like it! She need to fired

Dan is an honest and fair man. His shop and crew are reliable and quick. Very customer oriented people that work there. 5 stars isnt enough to properly rate this business. I would give them 10 stars !

Fair and fast. Had a flex plate break, they had to take off the transmission to fix it. For the labor we thought it might go into the thousands, but they charged us several hundred instead. It was done when they said it was and charged us exactly what they quoted the labor would be (we bought parts ourselves). Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been customers for over 5yrs. He has good mechanics and fair prices. We found him looking for another repair shop. We are so glad we did!
