The absolute best!!! I have been going to Carters for over a decade! In this time frame he has serviced 3 different cars I have owned. From all my oil changes, to brakes, and more complex fixes. Carter is an honest mechanic with fair pricing and great completion time. He has a great team as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my car needs! I live on the other side of town and continue to always support him. I'm beyond grateful for Carter and his shop!

We are very glad we decided to go to Carter's Automotive. Initially, were having some issues and took our car to a dealership because we thought it might be a fix under warranty. The dealership tried to tell us the issue wasn't under warranty and was a different issue all together. We felt off about their assessment, so we decided to go to Carter and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He showed us the results of the diagnostic and confirmed an incorrect diagnosis from the dealership. He gave us the proper recommendations and steps to move forward. Highly recommend and we will definitely use Carter in the future.

Brought my car in to have a couple issues checked out. Carter diagnosed quickly and provide options for repair work/timing. He provided timing for having to order parts. Parts came in early and instead of waiting until agreed upon time frame he fixed the issues right away. Always friendly, helpful, cost effective quality service.

Been to Carter Automotive twice now and both times have had a straightforward diagnosis of the problem and resolution of the issue at an honest price. Carter is trustworthy and my go-to guy for all of my automotive needs. Highly recommend! Especially for us women who often wonder if we’re being duped by all the technical speak at the other automotive places.
