Very disappointing! They give you a great offer when you want to sell your car. They don't know how to read legal documents that deal with a trust. Also, don't think they will pick up your car when you try to sell it. No, you have to drive to another state to drop it off. Every time I see a Carvana commercial I know it's not true. Shame on you and your false advertising!
No one calls you back. They dropped contact after my quote and agreement
