BEWARE!!! Carvana sold me a completely different car then what was advertised on their website.. Upon delivery I noted major damage that was not listed on the sales posting.. the delivering advocate said I should reach out to Carvana for solution. After getting the run around for a week I was told to put in a claim through the warantee department, which I did. The bumper was clearly damaged which was never stating in the sales posting. Actually the posting said the vehicle “had no prior damage”..I’ve called in several times and have spoken to multiple “supervisors” who cant believe the circumstances of my claim. I have a supervisor on a recorded call with SilverRock telling them to add the bumper to my claim.. After going back and fouth with Carvana for 2 weeks- I was told to take it to

I was immediately impressed with the fact that I can use my own loan company and not have to put anything down in order to get a car. I should've known that it was all too good to be true. I test drove my new-to-me 2022 Honda Pilot and saw no issues with it. Turns out, they half-ass any repairs that need to be done before advertising it to the public, especially cosmetic issues. Within a month, I started noticing little things, like my brakes were completely worn and my tires were already low in traction. But the thing that ended up pushing me over the edge was that the molding on the windshield end up popping up while I was driving. After inspecting it, I realized that they must've replaced the windshield, but instead of getting a new molding, they half-ass glued the old one back on it,

My original review was going to be one star. Wait for the ending please. I scheduled to have Carvana buy my car. I uploaded docs. Pre signed paperwork. They never showed up. All evening, the tracking kept telling me they were running on time. Even after the window of time past. Could only text with support, as now the office was closed, which kept saying they were on the way. I never recieved a text, call or email saying there were any issues. I waited from 5pm to midnight with no communication at all from Carvana or a driver. Why didnt a missed pick up trigger a call from a manager?! Next day, 6 am, I called in and was connected to Miss Tonya in the Tempe office. She was concerned, empathetic and compassionate. She was a true pleasure to speak with. 95% of these cars are used fleet vehicles with a poor refinish job(over spray/dirt/etc.). Attempting to use the warranty will result in hair-pulling and additional damage if actually "repaired". Carvana associates will continually make excuses or push off on other associates to "address". Purchased vehicles will more than likely arrive with prior owners dirt, grime and unknown "stickies". If you plan on selling a vehicle to Carvana, expect to receive near nothing so they may resell 3x to 4x higher than purchased. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid major disappointment down the road. Local "Management" for Carvana are better suited for a small coffee shop rather a multi-million dollar company; this is evident by the local reviews. The delivery associates for Carvana are excelle

Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. It was delivered on time in the scheduled window, and it was in relatively clean condition (although I still cleaned up the missed spots myself with armor all). It's running fine and the whole process was surprisingly painless. I am taking it to get it inspected and hopefully everything checks out, but so far everything is great. I reserve the right to update my review if it turns out something is majorly wrong with the vehicle, but fingers crossed :-) Edit: I got the vehicle inspected and it needed a few repairs which were covered under the warranty, so all in all I'm still really happy with my purchase :-)
