⭐️ 1 Star — If I Could Give Zero, I Would On December 1st, 2025, I purchased what was supposed to be a clean, well-maintained 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Carvana. What I received upon delivery yesterday was nothing short of false advertising, negligence, and a complete betrayal of trust. Carvana listed the vehicle with one minor interior flaw — a small passenger seat stain. That was the only disclosed imperfection. But when the car arrived, the front driver’s seat — the most important seat in the vehicle — was delivered with major cosmetic damage that was never mentioned online. The synthetic leather was cracked, peeling, and clearly painted over in a sloppy attempt to hide severe damage. What truly stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the Chablee location. Michael, the gentleman who assisted us, was both courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and the entire transaction was completed in less than fifteen minutes.

I worked with Ray to sell my car and not only was it smooth, seamless and fast, he even helped me get a charger for my phone, which I didn't have on hand since I cleaned out the car I was selling. They were also super friendly, there were 4-5 people who walked past me and every single one said hi, and one asked if I needed help while I was waiting for an Uber. Thank you Ray and team! I really found the Carvana experience super easy and convenient.

I ordered my car online. I had already knew exactly what I wanted. I went through my own bank to get my car. As soon as I arrived my car was clean and ready to go. It was 11am in the morning just two other customers and myself. I checked my car inside and out. Making sure everything is good to go. I sat down with my rep who was organized with my paper work. I did take pictures of my car where I noticed light wear and tear. As a customer buying a car online for the first time this was a fast process. I am going to take my car to the actual BMW service to have a full inspection done. Other reviews made me nervous then I realized everyone’s experience is different. As of 11/17/23 my car came with coolant leak, a battery that needs to be replaced, and my brake system needs to be serviced. I

Great experience picking up my vehicle. In and out. I see the other reviews so not sure if time of day made a difference. I picked my vehicle at 8am on a Sunday. I saw only one other customer waiting. That may be a little helpful if you are looking to use this location. Get the early appointment. Signed a few documents and then I was off. They don’t do a complete walk around with you though….I kind of expected that similar process to renting a car. I had a great visit.
